Yorgancıoğlu Cabinet

The Yorgancıoğlu cabinet was the government of Northern Cyprus, in office from 2 September 2013 to 16 July 2015. It was formed after the 2013 parliamentary election, with the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) as the senior partner and the Democratic Party (DP) as the junior partner.

The initial composition of the cabinet included several key ministers. However, due to various reasons such as a lack of system in the education sector, problems with transferring teachers to schools and students to colleges, some members had to resign or be removed from their posts. For instance, Arabacıoğlu, who served as Minister of National Education, tendered his resignation on 23 September 2014. Following this, Özdemir Berova took over as the new Minister of National Education.

In another development, the Central Administrative Board of the DP convened on 8 October 2014 and decided to remove Kaşif and Bakırcı from their posts as well. This change was part of a broader effort to reorganize the cabinet's composition. Meanwhile, other key positions were also filled by new appointees, including Hasan Taçoy as Minister of Transport and Public Works, and Hakan Dinçyürek as Minister of Environment and Natural Resources.

The Yorgancıoğlu cabinet played an important role in shaping the government of Northern Cyprus during its tenure from 2013 to 2015.
