Youness Bengelloun

Early Life and Career

Youness Bengelloun was born on 3 January 1983 in Paris, France.

Playing Career

Bengelloun played as a defender for various clubs throughout his career. He began playing in France for Paris Saint-Germain B, Amiens, Istres, and Mulhouse. He also played in Switzerland for Neuchâtel Xamax, in Spain for Alavés, in Greece for Panserraikos, in Cyprus for Olympiakos Nicosia, in Bulgaria for Lokomotiv Plovdiv and CSKA Sofia.

In June 2009, he trialled with Scottish club Hibernian. On 21 August 2014, Bengelloun was drafted by Goa to play in the Indian Super League.

Post-Playing Career

After retiring from football, Bengelloun was appointed as a scout by English side Manchester City in July 2017.
