Trajectoria.

Teams.

Hersi began his career in the Ajax quarry, being a player with a lot of projection for the future. He officially debuted for this team in 2000, having a season with many intermittent, so he was given to NAC Breda, to gain experience.

In this team he quickly won a headline, having a correct season in which he played thirty-three games and scored three goals. Since the Ajax had its pass at the end of the season, it was sold to N. E. C. Nijmegen.

In the Nijmegen, Hersi remains for two seasons, in which twenty-one goals were scored in sixty-eight presences, so he was transferred to SC Heerenveen.

In his new team, Hersi did not get a headline, and in the middle of the season, in the winter market, he was given to Vittese. In total he only played nine meetings, with no goal.

With the Vittese, after good performance, he managed to win a headline. After two years in which he varied between mediocre and very good performances, he signed by F. C. Twente. At Arnhem's club he played seventy-seven games and turned eighteen goals.

Already in the Twente Hersi managed to play some European competitions without too much success. He was on this team only two seasons, as by August 2009, Hersi was given to A. E. K. Athens of Greece, being his first incursion into a team outside the Netherlands.

On the Greek team Hersi played a total of 27 games, and scored a goal. Because of this, De Graafschap hired Hersi in August 2010, which marked the player's return to the Netherlands.
