Amer Jukan

Amer Jukan (born November 28, 1978) is a Slovenian football midfielder of Bosnian descent.

Early Life and Career

Yucan was born in Gračanica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, then part of Yugoslavia. After the outbreak of the Yugoslav War, his family fled to Slovenia and joined the FK Koper youth team. He started his professional career with FK Koper, playing 19 league games.

Club Career

Jukan's early career was marked by frequent transfers:

* In 2004, he signed with Hapoel Petah Tikva F.C. in Israel, where he made his debut on August 22, 2004, in a 0-1 win against Maccabi Tel Aviv.
* He played for the team during the 2004-05 season, recording 32 league appearances and winning the Toto Cup.
* In the summer of 2005, Jukan signed with Enosis Neon Paralimni FC in Cyprus.
