Zacharias Toulouse is a Greek Cypriot lawyer and politician. He was a Member of Parliament in the Famagusta Electoral District elected with the DEKOS.

Biographical data
Zacharias Toulouse was born in Rizocarpaso in 1944. He speaks, beyond Greek, English. He studied law and works as a lawyer.

Path Policy
He was elected MP in the 1976 parliamentary election in the Famagusta Electoral District with the DIC for the 3rd Parliamentary Period. He claimed re-election in the 1981 parliamentary election but was not elected. However, following the death of the MP of Famagusta constituency Costas Hatzikakou, an alternate election was held, with Zacharias Toylura elected MP for the fourth Parliamentary Period. It was supported by DICOS and AKEL. He was re-elected in the 1985 parliamentary elections for the Fifth Parliamentary Period.

In 2008–2013 he was president of the Tender Review Authority.
