The thirty-seventh Zecchino d'Oro took place in Bologna from 24 to 27 November 1994.

It was presented by Cino Tortorella and Maria Teresa Ruta.

The Flower of Solidarity in 1994 was dedicated to the reconstruction in Rwanda. Just before the transmission there was the Piedmont Flood, so it was decided to allocate part of the funds to the flooded populations.
