Zehra Şonya, (d. 1972 Limassol) Cyprus sculptor and academicians.

Life
She graduated from Girne Anafartalar High School in 1991. Hacettepe University won Sculpture Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1993 and
In 1997, he graduated as a first in Section and Faculties. He then won the Master’s Degree Program of the same section and received the degree of Master’s degree from the same section in 2001. Between 2001 and 2003, the Eastern Mediterranean University gave sculpture courses in the Art History and Archaeological Department.

In 2003, the Peace and Democracy Movement in order to support peace in Cyprus was the island of Kyrenia. Eastern Mediterranean University worked as a Project Coordinator of Visual Arts at the Center of "Cyprus Studies". The same year, Akdeniz European Art Association (EMAA) has been involved in the execution board and signed many projects such as project coordinator, editorship, project development and software, catalog and book designs.

In 2006 and 2008, the University of Lefke taught in semi-time in Graphic Design Department of Europe. Currently conducting art and aesthetic classes at the Faculty of Education Sciences at the Eastern Mediterranean University and works as a project coordinator of Visual Arts at the DAU Cyprus Research Center. In addition, the Mediterranean European Society of Art was held in 2017 and in 2019 in the period of time. Tags

The artist won the Success Award in the free sculpture competition organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts and Contemporary Sculptures of Hacettepe University in 1997.

Zehra Şonya wrote a book named "First Cyprus Turkish Statuetraş Şinasi Tekman (1933 - 2005).
