Boris Zenkov (born May 25, 1946) is a Soviet, Russian diplomat. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of Class 1 (19 November 1993) Since 1997 - top manager of a number of Russian companies.

Biography
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1970) and courses of improvement of senior diplomatic personnel at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1988).
In 1970-1972 he was an intern at the Embassy of the USSR in Greece.
1972-1976 – Attaché, Third Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in Greece.
1976-1981 – Second Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in Cyprus.
In 1985-1987 – Assistant Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
In 1988-1990 – Consul General of the USSR in Casablanca (Morocco).
From September 14, 1990 to November 18, 1996 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR, then (since 1991) of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Cyprus.
In 1997-1998 - First Vice-President of Inkombank.
Since 1998 – General Director of Linkos Consulting.
In 2000 - 2006 - President of JSCB "Mossibinterbank".
Since 2001 – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sirocco Aerospace LLC.
Since 2004 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC Linkos Holding.
Since 2010 – General Director of Trade House Agrotorg LLC.

Family
Married, has two children.
