THE FIRST MENTION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ARABS AND OTHER TESTIMONY IN THE LAND OF ISRAEL IS IN THE RETURN OF THE ISSERLAN, RABBI BENSTADT, WHO IS NEAR VIENNA.
