The group "Galls in the Sand", represents the dance and movement of the Jordan Valley, which is located on the shores of the violin, and the State of Israel.
History of History
The band was founded in 1970 by the band's first name "Bhen" by a famous pamphlet of the orchestra's artistic and choreography ever since.
The band’s dancers are girls aged 14 to 18, from the Jordan Valley communities. The band has a rich and diverse dance repertoire and appears at various events in the country and around the world. The band represented Israel and appeared in World Gymnaestrada in Switzerland, Denmark, and the Netherlands, and took part in international festivals in Germany every third year of 1982 (Birat Gymnaestratica) and Portugal.
In 1992, the band replaced its name to "Golves in the Sand".
In 1993 the band was invited by the Foreign Ministry to appear in Hungary as part of Israel’s Independence celebrations, in 1996, again by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the band participated in a so-called celebration in Cyprus. In 1997, the band moved to Japan and appeared in Osaka to the Emperor.
In 1999, the group appeared to the Jewish community in Brazil and in 2008 as part of the 60th anniversary of Israel, appeared to the Jewish communities in the United States: Miami, New York and New Jersey. In 2010 she appeared in Fort Myers, Florida at Barbara B. Mann at Edison State College.
In a style band, the Talmud was inspired by sources such as Jewish tradition, ethnic dances, nature, and the Israeli being against the universal.
The group operated under the auspices of the “The Center for the Camping of the Jordan Valley Regional Council”, which it was run for, from 2001 to 2014.
In September 2014, the group separated from the Jordan Valley Council, becoming independent in its first home in the Epics kibbutz.
